Role Summary
As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Key Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications
1. Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager, preferably within the Insurance and Financial Services industry.
2. Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
3. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
6. Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as MS Project, JIRA, or similar.
7. Relevant certifications, such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent.
8. Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
9. Familiarity with data analytics and business intelligence tools.
10. Experience in managing remote and distributed teams.
