The Opportunity
Salary: £46,731 to £49,764 per annum (£28,417 to £30,261 per annum, pro rata'd)
Contract Type and working pattern: 1 x Full time, 37 hours per week – Fixed term or secondment until June 2026, will consider part time opportunities
1 x Part time, 22.5 hours (3 days) per week – Permanent
Location: Hybrid working from home and County Hall, Chichester

As our Organisation and Development Consultant, you will also have the opportunity to develop your knowledge and expertise in many of the above subjects. This broad knowledge, as well as specific expertise, enables the team to work collaboratively and impactfully across our services, providing both bespoke and generic interventions when required, as well as informing strategy and policy.
