1. Working closely with the business and academic leaders in the schools
2. Maintaining a brand new school site
3. Leading the premises team on a day to day basis and delegating tasks
4. Overseeing the work of contractors
5. Improving school sites in a cost-effective manner
Requirements for the position include:
1. DBS - In date, with no reprimands which prohibit working with children
2. Relevant qualifications – Ideally you will have qualifications in Health & Safety
3. Project management experience
4. Strong knowledge of IT
5. Strong commitment and a positive attitude to the role and objectives
