A supportive environment where your career can thrive—based in Leeds with hybrid working (2-3 days from home). Your Role Non-Contentious Work: Advise, draft, and review JCT, NEC, and FIDIC contracts. Support professional team appointments and property/energy documentation. Conduct due diligence and advise on construction-related bank transactions. Contentious Work: Handle construction disputes through adjudications, arbitrations, and TCC cases. Provide clients with accurate advice by researching contracts and case law. Represent clients in hearings, negotiations, and settlement discussions. Business Development: Build your personal brand by attending industry events, delivering training, and contributing to articles and blogs. Collaborate in firm-wide marketing initiatives with full support. The ideal candidate looks like: NQ to Associate level, with construction law experience (contentious or non-contentious). A confident, commercially minded self-starter ready to engage with diverse professionals. Willingness to work across both contentious and non-contentious areas.
