In this pivotal role, you will support technical service activities for renowned brands such as Batiste, Sterimar, and Nair Waxes. As a critical partner to operations, you will play a key role in delivering the corporate CSD for supply chain resiliency. As a member of the management team, you will be instrumental in identifying opportunities for improvement, developing innovative processes, and training the team on new advancements. Key Responsibilities Include Leading the EU Technical Service Team of Chemists, Packaging, and Process Engineers to support technical service activities for the EU business, including Batiste, Sterimar, and Nair Waxes. Executing supply resiliency and quality improvement projects to support Church & Dwight Operations teams. Managing and developing staff across different disciplines, including product, packaging, and processing, while prioritizing workloads and managing resource allocation. Representing technical services in cross-functional teams and develop strong partnerships with various departments such as R&D, Procurement, GMS, Quality, Network Operations, Business Leaders, Regulatory, Engineering, Operations, Consultants, and outside vendors. Identifying opportunities for improvement within the team and developing and executing solutions. Providing strong technical leadership and lead projects with cross-functional teams. The successful candidate needs strong technical leadership skills and the ability to lead projects with cross-functional teams. You should possess strategic thinking, a proactive personality, and ambitions to learn and deliver in a fast-paced, employee-empowered atmosphere. Proven influencing skills, organizational, work planning, and problem-solving abilities are essential. High interpersonal skills and strong communication abilities are also crucial. You should have a Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry, Engineering, or a related science, along with a minimum of five years of relevant experience. Experience in the R&D development process, preferably across multiple departments, is highly valued. This role works 39 hours per week Monday-Friday.
