As a Sales Advisor you will work closely alongside our showroom manager to deliver exceptional service to our customers. This role requires a friendly and confident communicator, who thrives in a customer service/sales role. The fast-paced nature of this role requires candidates who are extremely organised and able to prioritise certain tasks, whilst being both pro-active and reactive to the customers requirements

Responsibilites
16. Answering incoming sales calls
17. Making outbound calls to our customer database
18. Creating quotations, processing payments, arranging deliveries, and providing outstanding aftersales service
19. Providing advice on suitability, sizing, pricing whilst showcasing a natural flair for interiors
20. Updating the CRM system with relevant client information and daily activity
21. Arranging samples to be dispatched
22. Welcoming customers to the showroom and building relationship with clients, ensuring a professional and friendly welcome is always received
23. Maintaining a clean and tidy showroom
24. Providing drinks to customers during their appointments
25. Confirming showroom appointments with customers prior to their arrival
Experience
26. Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
27. customer service: 1 year (preferred)
