We have an exciting opportunity for two Recruitment Co-ordinators to join our ever growing Senior Leadership Business Support Team. The main purpose of the position will be to assist with the recruitment drive which is taking place throughout the whole of Adult Social Care. The role will involve all aspects of the recruitment process from supporting with shortlisting and arranging interviews, to liaising with candidates and HR to agree start dates.
The team establishment comprises of Business support Assistants, Personal Assistants and Admin support staff. Working alongside the Team Managers and Service Managers, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding service is provided.
You will need excellent communicate skills to liaise with both candidates, HR, Team Managers and all other colleagues. Background knowledge within the recruitment/HR processes would be beneficial however training will be provided.
What you will be doing:-
1. Making calls to candidates and liaising with applicants.
2. Preparing for interviews, including assisting with the preparation of questions or intray exercise.
3. Assisting with drafting job adverts
4. Arranging interviews and making job offers to successful candidates
5. Building and maintaining long and successful relationship with both candidates and colleagues.
6. Analysing and manipulating data.
