Job title: Administration/Finance Assistant
Hours: part time – 2 days per week (flexible)
Pay rate: £13.00 per hour

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administration/Finance Assistant to support our office team with a variety of administrative and financial tasks. This is a part-time position, ideal for someone with previous experience in finance or office administration looking for a flexible role.
Key Responsibilities:
Inputting monthly stock figures into Excel spreadsheets
Cashbook processing and reconciliation
Managing credit control tasks
Assisting with purchase ledger invoice processing, including matching invoices to delivery notes
Reconciling credit card statements by matching receipts and processing entries
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in an administrative or finance-related role
Good working knowledge of Excel and basic accounting processes
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Friendly and professional attitude
