Business Development Manager (Facilities Management)
Location: West Midlands (Hybrid)
About The Role:
We are looking for a driven Business Development Manager to lead sales efforts and foster growth within the Facilities Management sector, specifically within Hard Services, to include HVAC.
In this key role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to promote the growth of facilities management services in line with corporate goals. You will manage key business development activities, oversee financial performance, and build lasting relationships with clients and partners. This is a fantastic opportunity to influence business success in a fast-paced and evolving industry.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a regional sales strategy, aligning with corporate goals.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in manufacturing, life sciences, and automated logistics, driving revenue through multi-year contracts.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts for long-term success.

Provide operational and strategic support across multi-discipline projects to ensure seamless execution.
*
Manage financial performance, including reporting, cost control, and profitability.
*
Lead continuous improvement initiatives and explore cross-business collaboration opportunities.

Ensure high contract performance, driving growth with both new and existing clients.
*
Travel as needed to meet clients and stakeholders across the region.
About You:

Proven success in FM sales and business development, with a focus on Hard FM.

Strong knowledge of Hard Services solutions in manufacturing settings.

Leadership experience in managing sales teams.
*
Ability to work from the office in the West Midlands roughly twice a week.

Flexibility to travel as needed.
