Main duties of the job In this role you will be responsible for managing the National delivery of identified building projects to deliver Stakeholder satisfaction to time, cost and quality standards. Your responsibilities will include: Leading the investigation and development of Estates Solutions to support Strategic Objectives. Delivering Service excellence by developing and managing specific projects to the highest professional standards, complying with all relevant internal and external standards, regulations, and instructions. Liaising and communicating project progress and issues with all project stakeholders from Executive Directors to Contractors, guiding and assisting with securing contractual agreements. Developing designs, specifications and managing projects through to commissioning and completion within agreed financial budgets. Producing detailed drawings, specifications, tender documents, and complete contract documentation together with NHSBT tendering templates.
