An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Executive Assistant to support the newly appointed CEO of BT’s Consumer Division – EE. As the CEO’s right hand, the EA will serve as a key representative, ensuring professional and effective engagement with consumers and stakeholders. This role is essential in driving the efficiency of the Consumer leadership team, allowing the CEO to focus on strategic priorities.
What you'll focus on
In the first 30 Days:
1. Gain a strong understanding of EE, the CEO’s priorities, and key stakeholders.
2. Learn EE’s operations, products, and industry landscape.
3. Understand the CEO’s work style, communication approach, and priorities.
4. Schedule and meet key executives and stakeholders.
5. Begin managing the CEO’s calendar to align with strategic objectives.
In the first 60 Days:
1. Enhance efficiency and deepen alignment with the CEO’s strategic objectives.
2. Manage stakeholder communications across the Consumer Leadership team.
3. Plan and coordinate internal/external events.
In the first 90 Days:
1. Fully align with the CEO’s vision, acting as a trusted advisor.
2. Organise and participate in strategic meetings.
3. Manage long-term scheduling to optimize the CEO’s focus on strategic initiatives.
On an ongoing basis:
1. Support the CEO in driving the efficiency and effectiveness of the leadership team.
2. Ensure the effective delivery of administrative duties.
3. Implement ways to improve working processes.

3. Office Administration: Highly organised and proficient in all aspects of administration.
4. Self-Starter & Proactive: Anticipates needs and takes ownership of outcomes.
5. Stakeholder Management: Builds and maintains strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
6. Project Management & Delivery: Experienced in managing projects across their full lifecycle.
7. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
