Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Growth & Success Manager - UK North & Ireland at Motion Software. The role is primarily located in Aberdeen but allows for some remote work. The Growth & Success Manager will be responsible for both the new and existing client base to drive growth and success in the designated regions.
The successful candidate will report to the Managing Director and will be responsible for the following:
Business Development (Growth):
* Generate your own leads for new business through a variety of tools and techniques – additional support with lead generation is provided by our marketing team.
* Identify and target new business opportunities that will maximise sales revenues and margins, through attending meetings with potential clients to promote the Inspection and Compliance software product.
* Identify and develop new areas for business that will grow the business specifically within your region.
Business Development (Success):
* Develop & maintain all existing client accounts within your Region.
* Identify and target existing client growth opportunities that will maximise sales revenues and margins.
* Prepare and maintain existing client sales opportunities.
* Provide excellent customer services to clients over the phone or in person.
General Duties:
* Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Motion Software’s product portfolio and awareness of competitor products.
* Maintain an awareness of industry trends, reporting findings back to both Product Management and Marketing.
* Learn, adopt and adhere to the company sales guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs). This includes maintaining and developing the Company’s CRM database in accordance with company standards and developing accurate, high quality and professional sales documentation and correspondence templates.
* Provide regular updates to the Senior Leadership Team on progress against targets.
* Ensure all monthly sales targets (KPIs) set by management and agreed on in advance are met or exceeded (including your personal SVC Ratio).
* Present the Company solution without misrepresentation of solutions and associated products both in person & online.
* Negotiate and close sales.
* Establish and maintain strategic relationships, alliances and networks within the industry (or any other vertical market) as well as with other key stakeholders.
* Attend exhibitions, trade fairs and other relevant trade events to promote the Company and product to clients and to engage with potential new clients.
* Perform any other duties related to the promotion, sales and delivery of the products, or related third party products, as directed by the management team from time to time.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
* A background within Industrial inspections &/or certifications is an advantage.
* Proven record in selling business application software is required.
* Relevant professional sales training or experience.
* A good degree of computer literacy and technical competency.
