Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate closely with the Head of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to drive strategic decision-making processes.
2. Provide insightful financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support business objectives.
3. Act as a key liaison between finance and heads of Operations to ensure alignment on financial goals and initiatives.
4. Utilise strong systems experience to drive automation and efficiency within financial processes.
5. Adapt quickly to changes and contribute to a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
Requirements:
6. Qualified Accountant
7. Proven experience in a finance business partnering role, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
8. Strong systems experience with the ability to drive automation initiatives.
9. Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
