Job Type: Full-time, 5 days per week
Salary: £88 - £110 per day, depending on experience
Are you a passionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding role? Protocol Education is working with an inclusive and well-supported primary school in Enfield that is seeking a committed SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team as soon as possible.

Role Responsibilities:
* Provide 1:1 and small group support for children with SEN within a mainstream primary classroom
* Assist teachers in delivering targeted learning plans, including EHCP support
* Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment
* Build positive and supportive relationships with students to encourage engagement
Ideal Candidate:
* A genuine passion for working with children with special educational needs
* Previous experience supporting students in a primary school setting
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Enhanced DBS Certificate on the Update Service
