We’re looking for a Content Marketing Manager to join our team and help shape how the world sees Indra. In this new, multi-faceted role, you'll be responsible for crafting impactful content that reinforces our market position, communicates our innovations, and drives engagement across our B2B and B2C audiences. Approximately 60% of your time will be dedicated to content creation, with the remainder supporting marketing operations and campaign execution in collaboration with the Head of Marketing and wider commercial team. What You’ll Do Content Creation & Strategy (60%) - Develop compelling, insight-led content across digital and print: blog articles, reports, social media campaigns, landing pages, brochures, infographics, guides, newsletters, webinars, videos, and more. - Translate complex, technical concepts into clear and engaging narratives that communicate value to both B2B and B2C audiences. - Create funnel-specific content (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU) aligned to buyer journeys. - Collaborate with subject matter experts to build storytelling and ROI-based messaging. - Partner with our social media agency to optimise and repurpose content for online channels. Marketing Support & Campaign Execution (40%) - Assist with planning and executing campaigns, product launches, and partner marketing initiatives. - Support the creation of marketing and sales collateral. - Help coordinate events such as exhibitions, roadshows, and webinars. - Maintain and update website content via CMS (e.g. WordPress). - Manage relationships with external partners and marketing suppliers. - Contribute ideas to enhance customer engagement and campaign performance. What You’ll Bring Essential Skills - 3 years of experience in marketing, with at least 1 year in a content marketing or digital copywriting role. - Proven track record in content strategy, SEO, and performance-driven copywriting. - Strong experience writing for technical products or within tech/engineering sectors. - Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills. - Ability to distil complex technical information into clear, persuasive content. - Skilled in managing multiple projects and working cross-functionally. - Confident team player with a can-do attitude and collaborative mindset. - Excellent verbal and written communication in English. Desirable Skills - Experience in EV, e-mobility, software, advanced manufacturing, or electronics sectors. - Understanding of CRM systems (e.g. Pipedrive). - Familiarity with website CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress). - Ability to produce video / photographic collateral - Ability to effectively use AI as a productivity improvement & marketing tool - Exposure to ISO 9001 or other quality management systems. - Awareness of manufacturing or engineering workflows.
