Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and organised Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations within our provision. Key Responsibilities: Answering and directing phone calls in a professional manner. Performing basic administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry. Managing student records and attendance using the SIMS database. Assisting with the coordination of school events and activities. Providing administrative support to staff and management as needed. Requirements: Previous experience in an administrative role. Proficiency in using the SIMS database is preferable. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
