Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Sales Support professional to join our team, focusing on the EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) and APAC (Asia-Pacific) regions for our small domestic appliance’s product line. In this role, you will support the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating logistics, and ensuring smooth communication with export distributors, and internal teams to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer & Distributor Communication:
* Act as the main point of contact for distributors and internal teams, providing timely updates and resolving inquiries related to product availability, pricing, and order fulfilment.
* Manage customer feedback, report issues, and coordinate with relevant departments (e.g., product management, logistics) for resolution.
Sales Reporting & Analysis:
* Track and analyse sales data, customer trends, and market intelligence to support regional sales strategies.
* Prepare regular sales performance reports and provide insights to the sales team and management.
Logistics & Order Coordination:
* Develop line level annual product forecasts for all focus export customers, monitor historical attainment and adjust.
* Work with Head Of Logistics to ensure forecasts feed into overall demand planning & vendor order management.
* Work closely with central sales teams to ensure orders are processed efficiently and delivered on time to customers and distributors.
* Help coordinate the scheduling of shipments through central logistics teams, managing any potential delays or issues proactively.
Product Knowledge & Training:
* Gain a strong understanding of the Cuisinart product range to effectively support the sales team and customers.
* Support product training sessions for distributors and EMEA & APAC.
Sales Support Projects:
* Support regional sales campaigns, product launches, and marketing initiatives.
* Assist in the creation of promotional materials and sales collateral to support marketing efforts in both regions.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
* Collaborate with the product management, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and success in driving sales.
* Ensure the smooth flow of information between the sales team and other departments to resolve customer issues quickly and effectively.
Qualifications:
Experience:
* Previous experience in a sales support or customer service role, ideally within the consumer durables industry.
* Familiarity with the EMEA or APAC regions, would be an advantage but not mandatory
Skills & Competencies:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to work cross-functionally and with customers from diverse backgrounds.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
Languages:
* Fluency in English is required
