Sales Manager
Realistic earning potential: £50,000 per annum
Location: Based in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire
We are looking for an experienced B2B Sales Manager to head up a telephone-based sales account management team within our head office in Huddersfield. (This is an office-based position)
You will be:
1. Motivating and driving performance within a team of high performing B2B Sales Account Managers responsible for growing, maintaining, and ultimately increasing spend within their account base.
2. Passionate about coaching and developing sales staff.
3. Building and nurturing a high-performing team through coaching and development.
4. Target driven and able to engage the team to achieve individual and team targets while ensuring that success is celebrated and rewarded.
5. Responsible for growing the team, recruiting new talent, and developing new sales talent from the ground up.
