Gap Personnel (operating as an employment business) are currently recruiting a Customer Service Advisor for our client in Telford, Shropshire. The role is a permanent position for an experienced Customer Service Advisor.
Hours of work:
Monday – Friday, 9am - 5pm
Pay:
Description and key responsibilities as a Customer Service Advisor:
* You will be responsible for the delivery of excellent customer service to customers.
* Working closely with the solutions teams to support customers.
* Working via phone and email.
* Working proficiently to provide quotes.
* Process and monitor customer orders.
* Dealing with complaints professionally and escalating where necessary.
Qualifications and skills required as a Customer Service Advisor:
* Self-motivator.
* High levels of accuracy.
* Excellent levels of spoken and written English.
