Key responsibilities as the Door Entry Engineer will include:
Repairs and installation to include fault finding, programming, and commissioning of door entry systems across a variety of buildings where secured access is required.
What the company are looking for in their Door Entry Engineer :
City and Guilds in Electronic security systems
City and Guilds in Electronic principles (Desirable)
Automation to BS EN 16005 (Desirable)
2 5 yrs. experience of working in Social Housing or Building Maintenance environment.
3-5 yrs. experience in the Security industry.
Be able to demonstrate you are a competent engineer and have the tools to do the work.
Have the prerequisite technical, statutory, and legislative knowledge for the trades you perform for the company ensuring you keep abreast of updates and changes.
Have knowledge of the materials and methods used in the building and maintenance industry.
Working with Videx and Tynetec Door entry systems.
Working with KMS and PAC Access systems
