This is a vital role in ensuring that all students have access to a safe and productive learning environment. The Role: Supporting students with behavioural difficulties, helping them to engage positively with learning. Implementing behaviour management strategies and de-escalation techniques. Working closely with the SENCO, pastoral team, and class teachers to support student progress. Helping to create personalised strategies for students who require additional interventions. Requirements: Experience working with children or young people with behavioural challenges. Strong understanding of behaviour management techniques. Resilience, patience, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
