Summary ofResponsibilities:
* Lead the productlife cycle from conception to launch aligning product vision withcustomer needs and business goals.
* Conductmarket research and analysis to identify trends opportunities andcompetitive threats in the life sciencessector.
* Define and prioritize productrequirements features and functionalities in collaboration withengineering sales and customer supportteams.
* Develop and maintain product roadmapsensuring clear communication and alignment across allstakeholders.
* Monitor and evaluate productperformance metrics adjusting strategies as necessary to achievesuccess.
* Foster strong relationships with keyclients and industry experts to gather insights and feedback forcontinuous product improvement.
* Collaboratewith marketing teams to develop effective gotomarket strategies andsupport materials.
* Ensure compliance withindustry regulations and standards related to RBQM and clinicaltrial oversight.
* Provide leadership andguidance to crossfunctional teams promoting a culture of excellenceand innovation.
* Manage all other duties asneeded or assigned ensuring flexibility and adaptability tochanging business needs.
Qualifications (Minimum Required):
* Bachelors degree in Life Sciences Health Careor a related field. Fortrea may consider relevant and equivalentexperience in lieu of educationalrequirements.
* Strong understanding of the lifesciences industry particularly in clinical trials RBQM andregulatory requirements.
* Proficiency in productmanagement tools and methodologies.
* Exceptionalanalytical strategic thinking and problemsolvingskills.
* Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills capable of working effectively withcrossfunctional teams.
* Leadership qualitiesthat inspire team confidence and respect while motivating teammembers in a creative and effective manner.
Experience (MinimumRequired):
* Extensive experience inproduct management within the life sciencesindustry.
* Experience in developing andlaunching software products ideally with exposure to RBQM centralmonitoring and oversight solutions.
* Proventrack record of managing all aspects of a successful productthroughout its lifecycle.
Preferred Qualifications Include:
* Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) in BusinessLife Sciences or related field.
* Priorexperience in a startup or fastpaced environment within the lifesciences sector.
* Certification in ProductManagement or Agile methodologies.
* Strongtechnical background with understanding of software developmentprocesses.
* Demonstrated ability to thinkcreatively and strategically when solving problems and makingdecisions.
* Leadership and interpersonal skillswith a focus on empathy and building collaborativerelationships.
