Description
* Managing the finance team, including sales and purchase ledger functions, fostering development and motivation.
* Leading month-end close processes and adhering to tight timetables.
* Driving continuous process improvements through IT systems and automation.
* Preparing statutory accounts from audit to filing, working closely with external auditors.
* Handling cash management, forecasting, and forward currency purchasing.
* Overseeing Capex reporting and control on significant investment projects.
* Maintaining relationships with tax advisors and ensuring compliance on corporate tax matters.
* Acting as the main point of contact for our banking partners.

* A qualified accountant with significant experience in financial control and team leadership.
