The Role
From driving sales to ensuring smooth operations, you'll be our brand ambassador who’s going to make the magic happen. You can choose and discuss your preference between two focus areas; just bear in mind that there may be some crossover depending on the day-to-day needs of the store:
Sales Responsibilities:
1. Front-of-house excellence: surpass sales targets with effective techniques
2. Personalised connections: bond confidently with customers, adapting to their unique preferences and needs
3. Product pro: master Pandora knowledge, delivering unforgettable customer experiences
Operations Responsibilities:
1. Get hands-on with preparing click-and-collect orders for our customers.
2. Keep the flow smooth by managing deliveries, processing returns, and restocking shelves with fresh inventory.
3. Add a creative touch by wrapping beautiful gifts, engraving jewellery, and loading gift cards.

Important Information:
1. Contracts will end on 5th January 2025.
2. You must be fully flexible and available to work throughout the duration of your contract including weekends and key days over the season.
3. No annual leave will be approved during this period.
