The Facilities Services team at Rampton Hospital are looking for a number Facilities Assistants that will undertake a driving role to join our bank team. These positions are on an 'as and when' required basis. The shifts are fixed and you will be required to work four hour shifts, either; 0630 - 10.30 and/or 17.30 - 2230, seven days a week, 365 days a year. No previous experience is required but all applicants must be over 21 years of age and have held a full British Driving Licence for a minimum of 12 months, allowing you to drive in the UK with 6 points or less on your licence which will be subject to a DVLA check. Prior to being offered a position you will be expected to complete a Fitness to Drive Medical arranged by the Trust. You will receive a comprehensive induction and training programme before driving any Trust vehicles. To contribute to the provision of an efficient staff changeover process using the Rampton Hospital Electric Vehicle for the transportation of up to 8 staff during the core shifts, to various local hospitals, supporting the Rampton Hospital clinical teams.
