Job Description
9. Managing both the Accounts Receivable and Payable functions. (5 Direct reports).
10. Monitoring, maintaining and improvement of departmental KPIs
11. To build and forecast weekly, the next 13 weeks receipts and payments.
12. Review of monthly reconciliations.
13. Organization of the team's resources over busy periods.
14. Review of payment runs, and processing.
15. Reviewing and improving departmental processes
16. Lead weekly meetings with the teams, to review and uphold high standards.
17. Providing reports to the business, as to their overdue customer debt, and existing issues with payments.
18. Ensuring and planning the rotation of knowledge and experience through-out the team.
19. Being a point of escalation for issues.
20. Prepare and analyse periodic AP balances and vendor spend reports.
21. Supporting key change initiatives and drive through continuous improvement.
22. Providing other ad-hoc reporting to line managers and stakeholders.
Qualifications
23. Previous transactional experience, and ready to step up and manage a team/function.
