What you’ll be doing Both of our amazing admin teams are hiring at the moment, let us tell you a bit about them The Customer Ops team is essentially the product of One Utility Bill. The team is responsible for a range of tasks which include opening & closing accounts with suppliers and working closely with our Customer Support Team to ensure meter readings are received, bills are accurate and our customers get the service they expect. In this team you can expect to be: Taking inbound and outbound calls with suppliers Monitoring email inboxes Working through any incoming post to ensure bills are paid and allocated correctly. Taking notes and inputting data accurately Ensuring all relevant spreadsheets, tickets and packages are updated Producing daily reports on productivity. The Commercial Ops team is responsible for managing the company's finances and handling commercial agreements with new and existing partner companies. This team focuses on the back-office operational work like reconciling our accounts to ensure we are ready for an upcoming audit. In this team you can expect to: Fully reconcile packages that have ended & create a final balance statement which will be shared with the tenants.
