About Our Client
Our client is a well-established entity within the not-for-profit field and they are looking for an experienced Temporary Customer Service Advisor to join their Stockport team on an ongoing temporary basis with the possibility of going permanent.
Job Description
As a Temporary Customer Service Advisor, you will:
* Answer calls and handle call-center type queries related to customer well-being.
* Liaise with third parties to better support the customer.
* Provide compassionate and empathetic care for our customers' overall well-being.
* Update CRM systems with accurate customer information.
The Successful Applicant
To be successful in this role:
* Experience within a customer service-based role (1 year or more)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* A passion for customer service and a desire to resolve queries through to completion
* Demonstrable experience of working and delivering daily, weekly, and monthly targets
* Excellent problem-solving skills, with great attention to detail
* Fully flexible to work different shift patterns across 5 out of the 7 days, 6:00 am - 4:00 pm, 1:00 pm - 10:00 pm, and then 10:00 pm - 6:00 am.
Offer of employment will be subject to a successful DBS check.
A Full UK Driving License is essential for the role.
