Office Manager – Caterham, Surrey - Residential Developer Our client are a Residential Main Contractor that are looking for a Office Manager to join their team based in Caterham. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and experience in human resources, ensuring that our office runs smoothly and efficiently. Duties Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a productive work environment. Oversee administrative tasks including filing and clerical duties. Supervise office staff, providing guidance when needed. Handle recruitment and onboarding. Maintain financial records using QuickBooks, including invoicing and expense tracking. Ensure proper phone etiquette is maintained at all times. Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as required. Qualifications Proven experience in an office management or similar administrative role. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
