The Role A new and exciting opportunity has become available for a BFC Women Assistant Coach to join us at Burnley Football Club. About You Come and join our Clarets family as our BFC Women Assistant Coach The ideal candidate will have previous experience coaching at a professional football club and will have a UEFA B Licence. You will also need to have a flexible approach to work and be able to work evenings and weekends. Role Expectations As the BFC Women Assistant Coach, you will be expected to: Work closely with the Head Coach and coaching staff to plan, execute, and evaluate training sessions, tactical strategies and match preparation for Burnley FC Women’s First Team. Assist in the individual and collective development of players by providing guidance, constructive feedback and tailored training programmes which align with the Club's playing philosophy.
