An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Learning Support Assistant to join our Learning Support team reporting to our Learning Support Coordinator. The Learning Support department provides an exceptional service across the group to support all students who have declared a learning difficulty or disability, along with those who are identified during their college journey.
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will be responsible for:
* Working with teaching staff to plan and adjust learning methods for students requiring additional support.
* Developing strategies to respond to additional learning support needs of individuals and groups.
* Promoting independence and resilience in learners with support needs.
The ideal candidate will be organized, experienced in motivating young people to succeed in their learning, enthusiastic, and highly committed to improving the learning attainments and employment opportunities of young people.
