Job Title: Project Manager (Permanent)
Location: Basingstoke
Salary : GBP75,000 per annum

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to take the lead on a range of complex projects across multipe sectors. The role requires managing the entire lifecycle of each project, from groundwork to handover, ensuring top–quality delivery within agreed timeframes and budgets. Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the management of commercial and residential projects, ensuring the highest standards of delivery.
* Oversee all on–site activities, coordinating subcontractors and trades to maintain progress and meet deadlines.
* Monitor build quality and compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
Work closely with clients, the commercial team, and senior management to deliver projects on time and within budget.
* Implement sustainability measures and ensure efficient project execution aligned with the company s environmental goals.
Ideal Experience & Skills:
* Proven experience managing a range of projects, including commercial builds, educational facilities, and high–spec residential developments.
* Strong understanding of traditional construction methods and modern design–build approaches.
* Excellent leadership and organizational skills to manage complex sites, subcontractors, and timelines.
* Ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered to specification.
* Solid track record of employment, with consistent tenure at reputable companies.
* Minimum of 7 years' experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering high–quality builds.
* Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and sustainable construction practices.
