Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
* Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and communication in Spanish.
* Assess and evaluate student progress through various methods, including tests, quizzes, and projects.
* Integrate technology and resources to enhance language learning.
* Promote cultural awareness through discussions, activities, and celebrations.
* Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding student progress and classroom activities.
* Collaborate with colleagues to align curriculum and share best practices.
* Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and best practices in language instruction.
Qualifications
* Bachelors degree in Spanish, Education, or a related field.
* Teaching certification or license in [State].
