An exciting opportunity has arisen to become part of a well-established, successful Talking Therapies team which has two bases, one in Crewe and the other in Winsford. The service covers the Central Cheshire area.
The successful candidate will work with a multitude of disciplines both inside and outside of the service. Managerial supervision will be provided in-house, and training will be in conjunction with CWP Educational services.
Central Cheshire Talking Therapies Services is an ever-expanding service with many varying disciplines of staff who all have one common goal: to provide a successful and provident Talking Therapies service to the people of Central Cheshire while working in conjunction with other NHS services, including local GP practices.
The post holder will:
1. Assist in the operation of the PC-MIS electronic patient record system used within the service, including ongoing guidance and support for staff who use the system.
2. Be responsible for managing system changes, including any data quality issues.
3. Support community outreach activities to facilitate access to Talking Therapies Services, which will involve a supportive role with a wide range of communication, engagement, and event activities, both in person and online.
4. Ensure comprehensive administration support is provided at all times to the service.
5. Be responsible for inputting, maintaining, and retrieving information from relevant databases and assist in the preparation of statistical and audit information, as well as assisting in time-limited projects as requested.
6. Assist in the collation of various information from multiple sources, analyzing data and generating clear and accurate reports under the guidance of the Data and Communications lead, Resource Manager, and clinical leads.
7. Oversee the submission and validation process related to various contract data.
CWP provides health and care services for local people, including mental health, learning disability, community physical health, and all-age disability care – including the provision of three GP surgeries.
