We are seeking a talented Senior Communications Executive to join our growing, pan European design, engineering, and project delivery company. You’ll be part of a central marketing team, playing an integral role in profiling the business, helping us to attract, engage and retain key stakeholders as we continue our journey of growth.
What you will do
1. Support in creating engaging content and promotional materials for digital/web, social, print, presentation, video and more
2. Collaborate with teams across the business to drive communications activities that support the marketing/business development strategy in line with our brand thinking
3. Manage internal communications covering key business updates and change initiatives as well as cultural/social/corporate events
4. Support in the creation of compelling and accurate content for a variety of internal communications channels including our intranet, Viva Engage, newsletters and more
5. Support in managing external communications including PR, website and social media content
6. Act as a brand champion, ensuring cohesive messaging and setting high standards across all client and employee touchpoints
7. Support the business development team as required
8. Occasional travel to other company offices in the UK and Europe
What you will bring
1. Experience with producing quality and engaging content across the channels
2. Attention to detail and skilled at balancing different priorities and deadlines
3. Demonstrable experience in creative thinking, brand management and audience engagement
4. Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with cross-functional teams, building relationships across all sectors/disciplines and at multiple levels
5. Experience in managing social media channels and developing, delivering and evaluating effective communications content and campaigns
6. Experience in maintaining digital platforms and using content management systems
7. Proficiency in Office 365 – including good knowledge of SharePoint and Microsoft Teams and Forms
8. Degree qualified in relevant subject, and demonstrable experience in communications, marketing or an equivalent role
9. Experience in Adobe Creative Suite an advantage but not essential
10. Knowledge of German and/or French also a plus
