Our Warrington site is also known as the Italian centre of excellence; recent expansion and investment make this site a state-of-the-art manufacturing unit! We produce high-quality Italian ready meals for both Tesco & Co-Op.
Pay rate - £14.48 per hour
What you'll be doing
* Leading a team of people to achieve daily production goals
* Completing daily paperwork – H&S startups sheet, temperature monitoring, glass & prospects, and collating paperwork at the end of the shift
* Using initiative for problem-solving and escalating appropriately
* Helping maintain audit standards
* Covering holidays in the area
* Working unsupervised, completing compliance checks
* Having a keen eye for detail to ensure a right first-time approach
* Working with manufacturing equipment
* This role involves standing for long periods of time, working in a chilled environment, and wearing personal protective equipment
* To apply for the role, you must be at least 18 years old and available to work full-time.

* A basic understanding and appreciation of health and safety and environmental practices and processes
* An understanding of the changing demands and pace of a manufacturing process
* Experience in delivering a production plan, meeting key performance indicators, and implementing improvements
