Administrator Temporary to potential permanent (based on performance) £14 per hour Holiday Pay Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm Office based in Bexleyheath Our client based in Bexleyheath is looking for a strong administrator to join their team to support the head of HSQE. Key Duties - Assist in the development and implementation of workplace HSQE documentation, including policies and procedures. Perform regular safety inspections of facilities, equipment, and work practices to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Coordinate ongoing safety training sessions for colleagues. Maintain records of safety inspections, incidents, and training activities to ensure documentation is up to date and compliant with regulations. Investigate accidents or incidents to determine causes and to find ways to prevent them in the future. Be party to safety meetings and committees, encouraging colleague participation and feedback on HSQE matters. Distribute safety equipment, tooling, and personal protective gear to appropriate colleagues, ensuring proper fit, face-fit, and usage. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of ergonomic interventions in the workplace to reduce the risk of musculoskeletal injuries. Other duties from time to time as related to the requirements of the role. Key Skills Needed – Have a strong understanding of technology and software. Effective decision making and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong Microsoft skills including excel. Ability to demonstrate initiative and work well in a fast-paced environment. Ability to consult and negotiate effectively with both internal and external customers. Ability to be flexible and adaptable within a fast-paced environment. Strong work ethic and ability to work well with minimal supervision.
