At the AA, our DriveTech department is recruiting for a Police Training Resource Support Administrator. This role ensures that the Police business within DriveTech has sufficient training resources to meet its forecasts, overseeing the entire process of recruitment, training, and continuing professional development.
This varied role is crucial for the recruitment and support of trainers, ensuring compliance and the effective use of management information.
What will I be doing?
* Supporting the recruitment of trainers for the Police business, including advertising roles, conducting interviews, liaising with applicants, and implementing processes.
* Providing insightful trainer management information to drive our strategy.
* Assisting regional managers with resource requirements and identifying any gaps.
* Ensuring trainer compliance with NDORS and licensing requirements.
* Maintaining and updating the trainer database with personal information, skills, and qualifications, as well as staff training records aligned with induction programmes.
* Assisting with the administration of product familiarisation, training, and communication days, ensuring new trainers are fully equipped for their roles.
* Supporting and managing the rollout of new Police products.
* Driving ongoing CPD for trainers, including internal monitoring.
* Undertaking ad hoc tasks as required.
* Assisting with planning and organising events such as Trainer Days, including liaising with facilities, organising communications, and managing attendees.
* Managing stock control for all training events, including inductions and assessments.
* Ensuring the smooth induction of new starters on Product Familiarisation courses.
* Managing queries arising from Kallidus LMS.
What do I need?
* Knowledge of Drivetech products and systems (DTCM and Kallidus is desirable).
* Proficiency in Microsoft packages.
* Strong organisational and planning skills.
* Competent in writing communications.
* Effective time management and prioritisation.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels.
