Job Description
* Assist in the recruitment process by screening and scheduling interviews.
* Prepare and post job ads on career websites, newspapers and universities boards.
* Process paperwork for new hires.
* Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
* Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics.
* Assist in ad-hoc HR projects, like collection of employee feedback.
* Help organise and manage new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programmes.
* Ensure all procedures comply with legal regulations and best practices.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Recruitment Assistant should have:
* A degree in Human Resources or relevant field.
* Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.).
* Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
* Strong ethics and reliability.
* Ability to commute to Manchester.
