Service Delivery Support Analyst Basingstoke - Hybrid working available, as well as visits to sites in South West. Your role will involve: Reporting to the A Service Delivery Manager the successful applicant will support all aspects of Service Management. Primary responsibilities will be working with the Service Delivery Manager supporting all aspects of Live Service, including Incident Management, Service Improvement, Problem Management, Change Management and Configuration Management. This is an ideal opportunity for anyone looking to move into Service Delivery Management and no prior experience of this area of the business is necessary, although you must be capable of working autonomously, under pressure, flexible and have a drive and enthusiasm to succeed. Day to Day responsibilities - Provide cover where necessary for the Service Delivery Manager and Change Manager. - Process Operational Changes and respond to customer queries - Support of Operational Change Catalogue with Customer - Support to the Change Manager for new business Change Requests - Active involvement in monthly Service Monitoring and Reporting - Identify areas for Service Improvement and work with the Service Delivery Manager to implement solutions - Support other Service Management disciplines (Incident, Problem, Capacity etc) Your transferable skills and experience: Essential Skills: - Good communicator - Ability to learn quickly and under pressure - Excellent teamwork skills - Have a good attention to detail - Have SC level Security Clearance or able to achieve it - Driving License Desirable Skills: - Knowledge of ITIL Best Practices. - Working knowledge of Service Management toolsets Please note: It's still worth applying even if you do not meet all the requirements above.
