Role Responsibilities:
Overseeing a varied, litigated personal injury caseload, providing comprehensive legal support to claimants seeking compensation following an injury sustained in the workplace, within a public space, or within property and/or land owned by businesses and/or individuals.
Required Attributes to Apply:
1. Due to the demands of the role, you will be required to demonstrate excellent working knowledge of personal injury litigation.
2. Exposure to handling and running litigated personal injury cases is vital.
3. Recent experience in occupier liability, employer liability, and public liability claims is advantageous.
4. Ideally, you will be a qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive; however, applications from experienced non-qualified litigators or qualified-by-experience fee earners are more than welcome.
