My client is a total Waste Management solution provider. I am recruiting on their behalf for a skilled Customer Service Administrator to join their team.

ROLE - Customer Service Administrator – Waste Management
You will thrive under pressure and excel at multi-tasking. In this position, you will be happy to work independently and as part of a team to ensure processes run smoothly.
You will be happy to go the extra mile to provide clients with first-class service, assist them with any issues, and set up new clients on the portal. Responsibilities include:
1. Managing the CRM system, answering incoming calls and emails
2. Helping the sales team with quotations, raising purchase orders, and checking invoices
3. Assisting with improving the supply chain
EXPERIENCE
Previous experience within an administration department, or similar role is essential. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, paying attention to detail. You must be IT literate and have experience of using internal CRM systems. My client will look at experience gained from any industry but would ideally like waste and recycling experience.
