Your newpany is a Private Equity Facilities Managementpany that has been trading for just over 10 years and has gone from strength to strength. Winning contracts with many Blue Chip high street entities. They employ over 4500 staff and are looking to increase the Finance Team on a temporary to permanent basis.
Your new role will sit in the finance team and report to the Financial Controller.
The main duties will include
Preparation of Management Accounts on a periodic basis, preparation of departmental reporting periodicallyAssist with detailed variance analysis andmentary of periodic resultsProcess periodic journals including accruals and prepayments and all general/nominal journals Maintenance of Fixed Asset Registers Responding to ad hoc queries as they ariseBalance sheet reconciliationsPreparation of the balance sheet reporting for periodic review Assist with Project analysis Assist with the implementation of new systems including procurement and budgeting systemAssist with Ad hoc analysis Assist with the preparation ofpany budgets and forecasts including departmental inputAssist with preparation for the statutory audit and other statutory reporting including VAT, tax etc.
Continuous review of processes and procedures and systems for efficiencies and to ensure fit for purpose
You will be studying for an accounting qualification and available tomence work immediately.
What you'll need to succeed is experience in a similar role recently and a right to work in the UK with no sponsorship
