We are partnering with a leading cybersecurity company to recruit a dynamic Head of EMEA Sales.
This is a confidential search for a senior leader to drive transformation, inspire sales teams, and elevate platform-based selling across the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of ~60-70 with a focus on coaching and team development.
* Drive platform and portfolio selling strategies, moving away from isolated product sales.
* Work closely with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to strengthen partnerships and expand the adoption of integrated cybersecurity solutions.
* Be a visible, field-focused leader—meeting clients, supporting sales calls, and building strong customer relationships.
* Provide accurate sales forecasting and act as the primary voice of the EMEA market to the corporate team in the US.
* Manage change effectively, guiding teams through structural transitions.
Ideal Candidate:
* Proven EMEA-wide leadership experience with quota-carrying responsibilities.
* Strong background in cybersecurity and channel sales.
* Skilled in leading transformational change and inspiring teams.
* Data-driven, strategic thinker.
* Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
* Ideally based in the UK or EMEA region.
