Our modern and welcoming environment is currently seeking a Special Needs Teaching Assistant (TA) to join our dedicated team immediately. This role has opened due to the retirement of a current team member. We support over 80 pupils, aged 5 to 19, with complex and profound Special Educational Needs (SEN). Role Overview: Assist students in re-engaging with learning and enjoying school life, particularly those who have been out of education for extended periods. Support the delivery of specialised teaching and integrated therapeutic support. Work in small classes and adopt a nurturing approach to help break down barriers to learning.
