We are looking to expand our fantastic and dedicated teaching team and appoint qualified teaching partners. The successful candidates will join our team, working alongside experienced teachers daily to support learning in core subjects through whole class teaching and small group or individual interventions, ensuring our children achieve their full potential.

We would be happy to recruit a new team member who wishes to remain in a teaching partner post and are also happy to support next steps into teaching if desired by providing excellent CPD and school experience. We have a high success rate for supporting teaching partners into teaching roles, this post is most certainly suitable for NQT’s looking for their first deployment.

2. Have knowledge of progression in core subjects leading to positive outcomes for pupils
3. Be able to multi-task and respond to needs by being adaptable and reflective
4. Have a calm and caring demeanour that inspires and encourages pupils to achieve and aim high
5. Embrace the restorative approach to behaviour management
6. Build positive relationships with children to enable them to achieve and succeed
7. Be a team player who can confidently liaise with colleagues and families.

Referees will be asked about any disciplinary offences relating to children (including any in which the penalty is ‘time expired’), whether there have been any child protection concerns, and the outcome of any enquiry or disciplinary procedure.
