As an AAT Tutor, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping tomorrow’s accountants. You will: Deliver engaging, innovative, and inspiring lessons to support students in achieving their AAT qualifications. Play a crucial role in learners’ academic and vocational development, helping them gain the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to thrive in the accounting world. Use your creativity to design fun, real-world projects and practical lessons that make complex accounting concepts easy to grasp. Provide personalized support, coaching, and feedback to help students reach their full potential and master accounting skills for life. Key Responsibilities : Prepare engaging teaching materials and resources, delivering high-quality, interactive learning experiences. Coach and mentor students, guiding them through their accounting programmes and reinforcing their learning through practical applications. Monitor and assess learner progress, providing constructive feedback to ensure success at every stage. Collaborate with colleagues to support learners across different programmes, ensuring all records and tracking are up to date. Foster a dynamic learning environment, where every student feels supported and motivated to achieve their best. What You’ll Need : A Level 3/4 qualification in Accounting. A Level 3 Award in Education and Training/Cert Ed/PGCE (or a willingness to achieve this within two years). Minimum of a Level 2 qualification in English and maths. L3 Assessor qualification (or a commitment to work towards one). Experience working in an academic or professional accounting setting, with a passion for helping learners succeed. Excellent communication skills and a strong desire to deliver top-quality learning experiences. Knowledge of the latest trends and demands in the Accounting sector. Why This Role?
