Job Description
Reporting to the Customer Service Team Lead, you will be part of a larger team who work with production, engineering and sales departments ensuring customers' orders are met in full. In this role, you will identify and resolve order queries with customers and ensure that their requirements are correctly interpreted and fully understood. You will carry out contract reviews of customer orders diligently and accurately and organise your working day so that priorities are addressed, customer expectations are met, and internal delays are reduced.
The Successful Applicant
1. Good attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
2. Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
3. Ability to build strong relationships with customers and other internal departments to ensure customer requirements are met fully.
4. Experience of working in a customer service-focused environment.
5. Commercial awareness or a background in Customer Service.
6. Experience of inputting data accurately.
