This post offers an excellent opportunity to play a key role in this work by: Coaching colleagues and teams Trust wide to deliver safe and effective improvements through the Trusts Quality Improvement Academy. Led by Mr Rob Bethune, our Quality Improvement (QI) coaches provide advice, support and training, including delivering our F1 Junior Doctors QI programme Developing and implementing plans and activities to strengthen improvement at the Royal Devon, in-line with the new national improvement approach, NHS IMPACT Managing service improvement activities and projects, working with senior leaders and multi-disciplinary clinical and non-clinical teams, to deliver sustainable improvements in-line with Trust priorities The Trust is keen to support all managers to be the best they can be, not only for themselves, but also for the services they support.
