Kersey Freight Limited are a long standing British road haulage company operating a fleet of 82 trucks and 260 trailers from our head office in Hadleigh (Suffolk).
We are looking for a Key Accounts Administrator to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills coupled with great administration skills. The role will demand focused customer service of 4 major client accounts, which will involve liaising directly with appointed contacts along with using multiple systems to ensure the smooth processing and administration of all bookings.
A high attention to detail will be required along with the ability to plan and manage the demands of our clients. Working under pressure and managing the workload on a daily basis will also be imperative.
Maintaining relations with our clients' contacts and developing these over the length of the contracts will be crucial to this role.
This role will be heavily focused on administration and will require you to use multiple operating systems to ensure the function of our clients' workloads booked with us.
The role will suit someone who can work well under pressure whilst maintaining an excellent eye for detail.
A proven track record of working within the transport industry would be advantageous, along with good geographical knowledge and a genuine understanding of the transport industry.
This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:30hrs.
Starting salary will be dependent on experience.
